Phyno, and fellow rapper, Illbliss are set to highlight during a new Kemi Adetiba movie, titled ‘King of Boys 2’ which is about to premiere next year.

King of Boys 2, may be a sequel to the 2018 block buster movie, ‘King of Boys’ which featured Reminisce and a number of other to Nollywood stars including Adesua Etomi Wellington.

The sequel are going to be call at 2021 and can be available on Netflix. Illbliss shared a photograph with fellow rapper Phyno while on set for the movie. He captioned it “Set Life! the most important Film Of 2021. KinG Of Boys 2 : a @kemiadetiba Film ! @mistabooks #illyChapoAsOdogwuMalay @aforevo.tv”.

This will not be the primary time both rappers would be featuring during a Nollywood set. Illbliss was also a part of the cast for King of Boys n 2018 and Phyno featured in Genevieve‘s Lionheart Movie.

The director, Kemi Adetiba also shared a tweet from Netflix which shows that Ace Nollywood actor and one time politician, Richard Mofe Damijo RMD, will also be a part of the King of Boys 2 cast.

Nigerian singer, Simi has announced that her first single “No Longer Beneficial” would be released this Friday.

It would be recalled that a few months ago, just before she gave birth, Simi shared a video of her husband, Adekunle Gold encouraging her to drop an EP called “Restless II“. The EP judging from Adekunle’s hype seemingly houses tracks that are quite different from what she puts out would be released soon.

Simi who is still enjoying the success of her hit single “Duduke”  just signed a new deal with Apple Music’s Platoon yesterday. Taking to her Instagram page, she revealed that the track titled ” No Longer Beneficial”  which is the first single off the forthcoming EP would be released soon. She wrote: “1st single from #RestlessII, drops this Friday #NoLongerBeneficial…Finally!, Who IS excited? #SIMIARMY”

The official speaking to Bonny Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Abinye Pepple, and Chairman of Bonny LGA, David Irimagha, among others got away from a death endeavor today at Finiapiri-Ama (Amauda) in Banigo Isile-Ogono Community in Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers State.

Pepple, Irimagha, and Hart were among visitors who were in the network to offer their final appreciation to the now demised business visionary, lawmaker and humanitarian, late Kenneth Miebaradima Kalada Banigo.

 
[Team] Mysoundstorms Noticed  Uneven shootings began few moments after the Run Out casket was brought down into the grave and the official, neighborhood government administrator, along with different visitors advanced toward the waterfront to board their pontoons.

Eyewitnesses say the gunmen opened fire on the guests, injuring several of them while the lucky ones escaped into nearby bushes for cover.

The gunmen later abducted a yet-to-be-ascertained number of persons with whom they made away into the nearby creeks.

Three of the abducted victims were identified as Sunny Hart, Thomas Allison and Theophilus Ibiama.

One of the victims, Sunny Hart is said to be the husband of the first daughter of the deceased, who is a Senior Magistrate with the Rivers State Judiciary. 

Mysoundstorms was, however, unable to confirm this from the bereaved family as at press time.

Sources within the security apparatus revealed to Mysoundstorms that investigation was on to unravel the circumstances around the incident and apprehend the hoodlums.

An eyewitness told Mysoundstorms  that one of the armed hoodlums was masked raising suspicions that he may be an indigene of the area and does not want to be identified.

Today’s incident brings the number of kidnap incidents in Bonny LGA to two within 9 months
